ABOUT ME

Hi I’m Mr Rea and I have been working for Multiflex for over 7 years. I started working as a sports coach and have progressed through the business to managing some of our partner schools and now working very closely with Mr. Webb on the day to day running of the business.

My background has always been in sport and I look back fondly on how sport has developed me as a character, the strong friendships I have formed and the life skills it has given me. I believe these skills (physical, mental and social) develop from a very young age and am passionate about helping children reach their full potential using sport as a tool to unlocking it. There is nothing more rewarding then seeing a child improve and develop skills such as confidence, resilience, patience and team work using sport as a platform!

Through Primary and High School I was able to try a broad range of sports which led to me competing at county level in Football, Athletics, Cricket and Badminton. However, as I got older I had to prioritise one sport and chose football where I was lucky enough to play professionally for Chester City and still now play at a semi professional level, where I have played for teams such as; Telford, Guiseley, Stalybridge Celtic and more recently Matlock Town. I also very proudly represented Wales U15’s and U17’s at National level against France, Belgium, England and Republic of Ireland to name a few.

Away from work I can be found hacking my way around the golf course, socialising with friends and keeping myself fit in the gym or out running on the roads!
